Meditation for Kids
Age 7-11 only
This session helps kids to develop self-awareness, focus, patience and peace of mind. Session will have meditation practice, reflection and activities for kids. Parents will also be involved in the session. As per our policy, one parent is required to accompany a kid. Please sign up with your name and contact number.
